You acknowledge that trading game accounts, boosting, or top-up activities may violate the Terms of Service or rules of the relevant game publisher or platform and that such publishers may impose sanctions (e.g., bans). Guguagamestore is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by game publishers or platform operators. By using our Services you assume the risk of any action taken by a publisher, and you agree that we have no liability for publisher sanctions.

Accounts; Registration

To use certain Services, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may verify identity or ownership of digital assets. For high-value or high-risk transactions we may require additional documentation (e.g., screenshots, ownership proof, or government ID). You authorize us to use third-party identity verification and fraud-detection services and to share verification data with those providers to the extent necessary to detect and prevent fraud.
You may not transfer your guguagamestore account to another person without our prior written permission.

Transactions, Payments and Fees

All purchases and sales are subject to the payment methods and fees posted on the Website. Payment processing is performed by third-party payment processors; we do not collect or store full payment card data (unless expressly stated).
You agree to pay all amounts due for Services at the time and in the manner stated on the Website. Prices and availability may change; we are not responsible for typographical errors.

• Transfer or sell assets on behalf of others without required consents. guguagamestore may suspend or terminate accounts and take other actions if you engage in prohibited activities.

Listings, Descriptions and Representations

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and representations of the items or services they offer. Buyers should evaluate listings and ask questions before purchasing. We make reasonable efforts to verify listings but do not guarantee accuracy of Seller-provided information.
For account listings, Sellers must disclose material facts (e.g., linked phone/email, bans history, item/character details). Misrepresentation may result in removal, refunds, penalties, and account termination.

Content, Comments, and Media

User Submissions: Any content you post (listings, messages, comments, uploads) is your responsibility. You grant guguagamestore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the service.
Comments: When visitors leave comments we collect the data shown in the comment form and may collect the commenter’s IP address and browser user agent string for spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be provided to Gravatar to determine whether you use that service. After approval, your profile picture (if any) may be visible publicly alongside your comment.
Media uploads: If you upload images (e.g., screenshots for verification), avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Others can download and extract such metadata. Only upload sensitive identity documents when explicitly requested for verification, and follow any instructions on redaction.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, guguagamestore (AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND PARTNERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO guguagamestore FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless guguagamestore and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud; or (c) your User Content or use of the Services.

Suspension and Termination

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Indemnity, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and indicate the effective date. Continued use of the Website after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Governing LawGoverning Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Jurisdiction: You and guguagamestore agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.
Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute, please contact us first at guguagamestore@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation in Hong Kong before commencing litigation.

MiscellaneousEntire Agreement

These Terms and any documents they incorporate (e.g., Privacy Policy, Refund Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and guguagamestore.

Language

These Terms may be translated into other languages for your convenience. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, this English version shall prevail.Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
